Job summary

A.G.E.S Learning Solutions, a provider of ABA therapy, is seeking a BCBA in South Jordan, Utah. You will oversee assessments, design PBIPs, and supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality, data-driven intervention across home, school, and clinic settings.

The role emphasizes supervision, collaboration with families, and ongoing professional development within a growing therapy network.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from BACB.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to determine ABA service needs.
  • Perform FBAs to identify causes of behaviors and design PBIPs.
  • Develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs.
  • Supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians for accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate with families and professionals for cohesive interventions.
  • Provide ongoing supervision, training, and performance feedback.
  • Coordinate with insurance for service authorizations and case management.
  • Deliver staff training on ABA practices and session management.

Location: South Jordan, UT
Assessment
  • Conduct comprehensive skills assessments to evaluate the need for ABA services.
  • Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes of challenging behaviors and design positive behavior intervention plans (PBIPs).
  • Analyze data and monitor client progress to make informed adjustments to treatment plans.
Intervention
  • Develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs based on client needs and goals.
  • Supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate delivery of intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure cohesive and consistent interventions across home, school, and clinic settings.
Supervision And Leadership
  • Provide ongoing supervision, support, and training to Behavior Technicians while upholding ethical and professional standards.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support team development.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and consultations to coordinate and optimize client care.
Case Management
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for assessment of services, treatment plan reviews, and service authorizations.
  • Manage client and Behaviour Technician schedules as necessary.
  • Keep families and caregivers informed about client progress and program updates.
Staff Training & Coaching
  • Provide initial and ongoing training for new hires and Behaviour Technicians on ABA principles, intervention techniques, and session management.
  • Deliver real-time feedback and guidance during sessions to Behaviour Technicians.
  • Create and maintain training materials to support staff development.
  • Keep detailed records of team meetings, training activities, and performance evaluations.
Professional Development
  • Stay current with ABA research and best practices through continuing education opportunities.
  • Contribute to clinic growth through participation in quality improvement initiatives and potential research activities.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and making data-driven decisions.
  • A valid driving license

  • Salary - $70,000- $85,000 per annum
  • BCBA bonus model offers a monthly earning potential of up to $1,100.
  • Hourly Bonus: BCBA will receive an hourly bonus for all billable hours exceeding their target billables, this is in addition to the above bonus model
