Job summary

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for clinical oversight of ABA services for children and adolescents in Central Pennsylvania. Qualifications

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing IBHS ABA Program serving children and families throughout Central Pennsylvania. This is an opportunity to work under new leadership while helping shape and grow a community-based ABA program focused on delivering high-quality, individualized behavioral health services.

Position Summary

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for the clinical oversight and delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and adolescents with behavioral, developmental, and related needs. This position develops and oversees individualized treatment plans, conducts behavioral assessments, provides supervision to assigned BHTs, monitors treatment effectiveness, and collaborates closely with families, schools, caregivers, and treatment team members. This is a mobile, field-based position with Milton serving as the primary home base. The BCBA will provide services throughout Union, Northumberland, Montour, and Columbia Counties. Caseloads are based on authorized service hours, with an average caseload of approximately 10-13 clients, and include responsibility for clinical supervision of assigned BHTs.

Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), skills assessments, and other clinically appropriate evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Develop measurable goals addressing communication, socialization, adaptive functioning, independence, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction.
• Analyze clinical data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Modify treatment procedures and interventions based on client progress and clinical needs.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and recommend adjustments to services when appropriate.
• Ensure treatment recommendations are clinically appropriate, medically necessary, and supported by available data.

Clinical Leadership & Supervision

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and direction to BHTs, RBTs, and other assigned team members.
• Train staff and caregivers on treatment procedures, behavior strategies, data collection methods, and client-specific protocols.
• Provide guidance regarding challenging clinical situations and support staff in implementing treatment plans safely and effectively.
• Ensure supervision requirements are completed in accordance with BACB standards, Pennsylvania regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.
• Support the professional development of supervisees and direct-care staff.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and maintain treatment plans, progress reports, reassessments, and other required clinical documentation.
• Participate in treatment planning meetings and collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other providers.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with organizational, regulatory, and payer requirements.
• Support compliance with IBHS, ABA, BACB, and payer standards.

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Active Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents preferred.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing treatment plans preferred.
• Experience supervising BHTs, RBTs, or other behavioral health professionals preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based interventions.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas as needed.
