We are hiring for both in-office and remote positions.

Our team provides evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, parent consultation, and community outreach in a fun, engaging, family-centered environment. You'll collaborate with professionals from related disciplines and an involved owner and leadership team.

Why Join Little Stars?
  • In-office and remote positions available

  • Collaborative, team-centered work environment

  • Insurance benefits

  • Generous paid time off and paid holidays

  • CEU and personal development budget

  • Tuition reimbursement and internship programs

  • Career advancement opportunities

About the Role

You'll support children and adolescents ages 2–18 with a primary diagnosis of autism through individualized treatment planning, assessments, caregiver consultation, and clinical supervision.

A substantial part of your role will involve supervising Behavior Technicians and Lead Technicians, supporting their development, and ensuring consistent, ethical implementation of treatment plans. Responsibilities are carried out in person or remotely according to the position's assigned work arrangement.

This exempt position reports to the Senior Behavior Analyst or designated Programs/Clinical Services leadership.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop your team: Supervise Behavior Technicians and Lead Technicians, lead weekly team meetings, provide ongoing feedback, delegate tasks, and address staff performance and accountability.

  • Provide clinical supervision: Supervise RBTs, BCaBAs, and team members pursuing BACB certification as assigned, while maintaining required supervision hours and records.

  • Conduct assessments: Complete functional behavior assessments, preference assessments, and skill assessments, including ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP, along with RBT competency assessments.

  • Develop individualized treatment: Create and update treatment plans, goals, programs, and data collection tools. Review progress regularly and adjust treatment based on client needs and assessment data.

  • Partner with families: Implement the designated parent training curriculum, communicate treatment updates, and coordinate care to support progress across environments.

  • Maintain timely documentation: Complete clinical records and billing notes by the end of each business day and ensure technicians complete their required documentation.

  • Manage clinical and administrative expectations: Meet established billing, supervision, and clinical performance expectations; assist with scheduling and coordination; and document employee concerns and corrective actions.

  • Support consistent, compassionate care: Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality, follow company policies, and collaborate respectfully with clients, families, and colleagues.

  • Maintain professional standards: Keep certification, licensure, and continuing education requirements current and practice in accordance with the BACB's Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.

What You'll Bring

Required qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree.

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

  • Current Kansas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure.

  • Child CPR, First Aid, and seizure training.

  • Strong communication, organizational, presentation, and team leadership skills.

  • Ability to interpret data, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and use sound judgment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs.

  • Ability to manage changing priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and consistent follow-through.

Preferred qualification:

  • Experience with electronic medical record systems, particularly Aloha and Motivity.

Schedule and Work Arrangements

We are recruiting for in-office and remote BCBA positions. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central Time, with some scheduling flexibility available while ensuring client care, supervision, and team needs are met.

In-office positions involve services in clinic, home, and community settings. Remote positions carry out assigned clinical, supervisory, and administrative responsibilities remotely while collaborating with the Little Stars team and families.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

For positions involving in-person client support, activities may include bending, kneeling, squatting, and occasionally lifting or moving objects weighing up to 80 pounds. These duties may involve physical contact from clients during challenging behaviors and occasional exposure to bodily fluids.
