Job summary

ANNA Autism Care in Weston, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team. You will deliver early intervention ABA therapy for autistic children under 6, using NDBI strategies, and supervise a small team of therapists.

This full-time role offers a base salary of $85,000–$115,000 per year, plus monthly bonuses, health/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to young autistic children.
• NDBI experience preferred (ESDM, PRT, and/or JASPER).
• Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Monthly bonus: $30/hr for every billable hour over 100/month

Responsibilities

• Assessment & Treatment Planning for children 18 months to 6 years using NDBI.

• Collaborate with BCBAs and report to Clinical Director.
• Contribute to ongoing learning in Autism and ABA therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, play-based treatment plans grounded in NDBI strategies for children ages 18 months to 6 years.
• Supervise & Mentor: Lead and mentor a team of 5 - 6 Behavior Therapists through weekly individual and group supervision, building confident and skilled practitioners.
• Family Partnership: Implement a structured, curriculum-based parent training model which helps families learn NDBI strategies to practice and use at home.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans proactively to drive meaningful milestones.
• Collaborative Care: Work closely with fellow BCBAs and report to a Clinical Director who is invested in both your growth and the quality of care delivered.
• Clinical Growth: Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by integrating current research and best practices in Autism and ABA therapy.
