Job summary

Headway Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for a 4-year-old child in Voorhees Township, New Jersey. This part-time role offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities to supervise Behavior Technicians.

You will design assessments and individualized treatment plans, track progress with data, train families, and ensure ethical documentation. Active BCBA certification is required; New Jersey LBA license is preferred and may be required soon.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
