Job summary

Sunny Days in California is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home services to children on the autism spectrum. The prime hours are weekdays with possible weekends from 12pm or 2pm to 6pm.

Bilingual in Spanish and late afternoon availability is a PLUS. The role includes supervision, curriculum design, data analysis, and parent training, with benefits and 401k eligibility.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Experience working with children with autism and their families.
• Excellent organizational skills and great attention to details.
• Energetic, animated and outgoing with a passion for helping children.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
• Communication regularly with parents, caregivers and the team
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases
• Offer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into families daily routine
• Provide parent and staff training
