Job summary

Powerbackrehabtoyou in East Hampton, NY, is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior analysis services to children across a variety of settings. The BCBA will collaborate with families and educators to support children’s developmental goals and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Successful candidates must hold a Master's degree in ABA Therapy or a related field along with relevant licensure and certification. Compensation is $65.00 per hour, with opportunities for career growth and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a Board Certification (BCBA) and be in good standing with the BACB.
• Must hold a license (LBA) in the state of practice, if required by state regulations.
• Masters Degree from an accredited program in ABA Therapy or a related field.
• Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior analysis services to children in various settings.
• Perform evaluations and assessments and track child progress.
• Deliver Behavior Intervention Services (BIS) as mandated in the IFSP or IEP.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals.
• Complete assessments, FBAs, BIPs, documentation, and progress notes.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide guidance and training to teachers and paraprofessionals.
