Behavior Frontiers is hiring a full-time BCBA in Smyrna, GA to design and implement ABA programs for children with autism. You will conduct VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments and apply DTT and verbal behavior approaches in hands-on therapy.

The role offers a competitive salary of $87,000–$95,000 per year plus bonuses, extensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth with 20+ years in ABA leadership.

Qualifications

• BCBA with master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Apply DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior methodologies in therapy.
