About the Role

This position is primarily focused on supervision within school settings, with additional opportunities to collaborate with our behavioral services team to develop innovative support strategies for the students and communities we serve.

Position Details

• Type: Per diem
• Setting: In-person (school-based) with remote work for administrative tasks and virtual meetings
• Location: Bothell, Mukilteo, and Lake Stevens surrounding school districts
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, school hours
• Expected hours: 5-15 per week
• Compensation: $80/hour
• Target Start Date: August 1, 2026 (onboarding, team integration, and meetings); September 3, 2026 (first day of school)

Responsibilities

• Provide BCBA supervision services within school settings
• Communicate calmly, clearly, and effectively with children and adults
• Collaborate with the behavioral services team on student support strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings as required
• Perform physical tasks as needed, including standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, and occasionally bending, crouching, and lifting up to 40 lbs

Qualifications

• Active BCBA and/or LBA credential (please include your certification number on your resume)
• Master's degree required
• Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
