Acclimate ABA in Salt Lake City, Utah is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), develop data‑driven treatment plans, and support families with practical strategies.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification is required to practice and supervise.
  • Utah LBA licensure or eligibility before starting.
  • Master’s or Doctorate in ABA, psychology or related field.

  • Develop personalized, data-informed treatment plans tailored to client needs and progress.

Your Role:

What You Bring:
  • A current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Utah (or eligibility to obtain before starting).
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
  • A passion for empowering individuals and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
