Job summary

Childwise ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead assessments, design individualized plans, and provide direct ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings. You will collect data, analyze progress, and guide treatment decisions while collaborating with speech, OT, and education teams.

Supervisory duties for parents, caregivers, and staff are included. Salary range is $75,000–$95,000 per year for a full-time role with 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 8 am–6 pm, based in Ohio.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• COBA certification preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design personalized behavior plans for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Implement evidence-based strategies to reduce challenges and build skills.
• Provide direct behavior therapy services to clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Collect and analyze client data to guide treatment planning and decisions.
• Collaborate with professionals like speech, OT, and educators for comprehensive care.
• Supervise, train, and support parents, caregivers, RBTs, and team members in behavior management.
