ABA Centers of Georgia in Riverdale, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA therapy programs for children and families. You will lead skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans, oversee RBT implementation, and guide data-driven interventions.

This full-time role offers a relocation package up to $15K, competitive salary $95,000–$120,000, strong clinical infrastructure, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within a growing organization.

Qualificações

  • Master's degree and active BCBA certification.
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required).
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsabilidades

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
  • Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.

What You'll Do
