The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across Shasta County and the Redding, CA area. Your role will focus on delivering high-quality behavioral assessment and intervention services.

You will collaborate with school teams, families, and leadership to implement evidence-based strategies, monitor progress, and contribute to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA licensure required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents exhibiting challenging behaviors.
• Willingness to work across Shasta County/Redding, CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide BCBA services to students across classrooms and settings.
• Collaborate with school teams to develop and monitor behavioral intervention plans.
