Job summary

B Above Autism Services in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our flexible team. We offer part-time or full-time opportunities with competitive hourly pay and bonuses.

You will develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and ensure ethical, professional practice while growing within a supportive, clinician-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and adjust goals based on client progress.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing training and feedback.
