Helping Hands Family is a leading ABA provider delivering high-quality therapy to children with autism in the Northeast. The role features a substantial caseload, hands-on mentorship from clinical directors, and ample opportunities to supervise RBTs and develop treatment plans.

Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $120,000 annually plus a $20,000 bonus potential, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with match and paid time off.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload: Up to 10 clients, 28 billable hours per 40-hour week.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.

What You’ll Get:

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
• Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week (note: billable hours are not tied to pay)
• Work with children ages 2-18, most under age 6
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines

What You’ll Need:

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• State Licensure where required
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range: $85,000 USD - $100,000 USD
