Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Omaha, Nebraska.

About the Role:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized behavior plans, conducting behavioral assessments, and providing training and support to families. Your expertise will play a critical role in promoting positive behavior change and achieving long‑term goals for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals

  • Collaborate with other BCBA's and behavior analysts to ensure comprehensive treatment plans

Requirements:
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
