Job summary

ABA Centers of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN is seeking a BCBA to design and supervise ABA programs for children with autism. You will oversee RBTs, conduct assessments, and advance effective behavior-analytic interventions.

This full-time role requires a Masters degree and active BCBA certification, with licensure initiation, reliable transportation, and a clean background. We offer generous PTO, health benefits, 401(k) matching, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
