Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Newport News, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead the clinical direction and quality of care for children and families. You’ll supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based ABA interventions.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• State licensure, where required
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care
• Ability to coach and develop RBTs and other clinical team members
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical direction and quality of care for your clients
• Work closely with families, RBTs, and the clinical team
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and protocol modification
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. What You Can Expect

Competitive Base Salary: $85,000-$105,000/yrProductivity Expectation: 25 billable hours per weekAdditional Earning Opportunity: Earn additional compensation for eligible billable hours above your productivity targetSchedule: Full-time | In-Person/HybridCaseload: Approximately 6-10 clients

Your base salary is not dependent on exceeding your productivity target. Our incentive structure gives BCBAs the opportunity to increase their earnings when additional clinical capacity is available.
