Job summary

Divine Steps Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support Virginia cases in a hybrid/remote capacity. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules with a target of 25 hours weekly for full-time and customizable hours for part-time.

The successful candidate will conduct assessments, develop ABA programs, supervise RBTs, monitor progress, and provide parent training. Virginia LBA and BCBA credentials are required, with reliable transportation and background

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Virginia LBA license is required.
• Experience supervising RBTs is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Create individualized ABA programs and goals.
• Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs (remote and/or in-person).
• Monitor client progress and update programming as needed.
• Provide monthly parent training.
• Complete billing, notes, and reports on time.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership.

Part-Time: $100-$110/hour
