Job summary

Metro Therapy, Inc., part of Powerback Pediatrics, seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide comprehensive behavior analysis services for children in school-based, early intervention, and preschool settings. Responsibilities include evaluations, BIS delivery, progress tracking, and collaboration with families and teachers.

You will supervise RBTs and provide training to staff, with a focus on aligning IFSP/IEP goals and documenting progress to support outcomes for diverse

Qualifications

• Board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) in good standing with BACB.
• state licensure (LBA) when required by state regulations.
• Master's degree in ABA Therapy or related field.
• Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior analysis services to children in school, EI, and preschool settings.
• Perform evaluations and track child progress.
• Deliver BIS as mandated in IFSP or IEP.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to support goals.
• Complete assessments, FBAs, BIPS, documentation, and progress notes.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide guidance and training to teachers and paraprofessionals as needed.
