Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities :
- Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Supervise and train behavior technicians, providing ongoing support, feedback, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to create individualized goals and strategies across various settings.
- Deliver therapy services when necessary, teaching functional skills and implementing behavior management techniques.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, session notes, and intervention plans in compliance with professional standards.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications :
- A Master's degree or equivalent in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Certification as a BCBA in good standing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Dedication to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professionalism.
