Job summary

ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical teams in Minnesota. This role includes supervising RBTs, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with families to set goals and track progress.

The compensation ranges from $84,500 to $119,000 annually, with monthly performance bonuses, a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, mentorship bonuses, and potential long-term ownership for Sr. BCBA, along with relocation support and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering supervision hours.
• Ability to manage caseloads and provide clinical guidance to families.

Compensation and Bonus Structure

• Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees.
  • Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.
  • BCBA’s become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.

Bonus Structure

• Monthly Performance Bonuses:Bonuses are uncapped, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.
• Sign On Bonus:Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
• Mentorship Bonuses:Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact!
• Certification Bonuses:Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Scheduling and Work-Life Balance
