Job summary

KIDS ABA Services in Little Rock, AR is seeking a BCBA who will lead clinical treatment design and supervise teams while collaborating closely with families. This role focuses on ethical, data-driven ABA to foster independence and functional skills for children.

The clinician will manage treatment planning, supervise BTs and RBTs, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in insurance processes as needed. Hybrid schedule offered with patient-centered care at the forefront.

What You'll Do
Clinical Leadership & Treatment Design
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations
  • Create, implement, and refine individualized treatment and behavior support plans
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive meaningful clinical outcomes
Collaboration & Family Partnership
  • Partner with families and caregivers to ensure consistent, child-centered care
  • Attend treatment team meetings and IEP/ISP meetings as needed
  • Participate in insurance authorization and review processes for assigned clients
Team Development & Supervision
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to BTs, RBTs, BCaBAs, and students
  • Conduct regularly scheduled client observations (minimum two per month, per client)
  • Support professional growth with high clinical and ethical standards
Caseload & Documentation Management
  • Maintain a billable expectation of 27.5 hours/week (110 hours/month)
  • Complete:
    • session notes
    • monthly data analysis
    • treatment updates
    • assessments & reports
    • insurance documentation
  • Initiate onboarding and treatment for new clients promptly at leadership direction
Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
