Job summary

EdenPath ABA in Maryland is seeking a BCBA in Lexington Park to join a practice focused on clinical excellence and supportive supervision. The role offers $95–$115 per hour with a $2,000 sign-on, plus remote work with 25% in-home visits. We provide scheduling support, QA tools, and a pathway to clinical leadership as we expand across Maryland.

You will work under Clinical Supervisors, maintain ethical practice, and receive paid time off, holidays, sick leave, bereavement leave, and CEU support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBA staff.
• Participate in regular oversight and check-ins with Clinical Supervisors.
• Coordinate with a dedicated liaison for scheduling and day-to-day tasks.
• Utilize QA systems and goal banks to guide treatment plans.
• Offer growth pathways into Clinical Supervisor/Clinical Director roles as Maryland expansion occurs.
