Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company, is seeking a creative BCBA for a hybrid role in Lansing, MI. Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings, with opportunities to contribute to group-based programming, parent training, and social skills groups.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Michigan state licensure.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching.
• Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practice.
• Experience in early childhood development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans.
• Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments.
• Partner with families as true collaborators.
• Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies.
• Facilitate and develop skills-based group sessions (social groups, parent groups, community programming).
• Participate in team collaboration and clinical connection through our shared workspace and team meetings.

Pay: $85,000 - $90,000 per year

Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time available (must be available some evening hours)

Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings, with opportunities to contribute to group-based programming, including parent training and social skills groups.

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

• Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
