Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a School-Based BCBA in Houston to lead behavioral support and drive student progress within classroom settings.

You’ll assess needs, design and monitor IEP-aligned behavior plans, collaborate with families and educators, and provide supervision and training to school teams.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential.
• Experience working with children in school-based settings.
• Strong assessment, data analysis, and program development skills.
• Experience developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans aligned with IEPs.
• Ability to collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely manage physical behaviors.

Requirements
