Job summary

The Arc of the Ozarks is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide ABA services in the Branson area. This full-time salaried role collaborates with families and interdisciplinary teams, offering a flexible Mon-Fri schedule and multiple service settings in community, residential, educational, and clinical contexts.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field, BCBA, Missouri LBA in good standing, and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
  • BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst in good standing.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or psychiatric diagnoses.
  • Strong clinical judgment, analytical thinking, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to make data-based recommendations while collaborating with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments, functional analyses, preference assessments, and other validated assessments.
  • Develop individualized behavior-support and skill-acquisition programs.
  • Create data-collection systems and analyze treatment data.
  • Monitor progress and modify programming based on data and team feedback.
  • Train caregivers and staff to implement programming accurately and consistently.
  • Monitor treatment integrity and provide constructive feedback.
  • Supervise RBTs, ABA staff, and practicum students as assigned.
  • Participate in client-team meetings with families, guardians, and professionals.
  • Provide ABA and positive-behavior-support training to staff.
  • Support generalization, maintenance, and fading of supports.

Employees may use an available fleet vehicle or receive mileage reimbursement when using a personal vehicle for approved work travel.Starting salary range $62,500–$70,000 annually, based on directly related experience and qualificationsEligible candidates who are new to The Arc of the Ozarks may also qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
