Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Colorado is seeking a BCBA leader to guide clinical teams in delivering evidence-based ABA therapy. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to set goals and track progress.

The role offers a strong growth path toward Sr. BCBA and leadership, substantial bonuses, and flexible scheduling. Remote work is available for up to 3 days per month with support to manage up to 8 children per caseload.

Compensation And Bonus Structure

• Total Compensation Package from $80,000 to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees.
• • Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.
  • BCBA’s become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.

Bonus Structure

• Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.
• Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
• Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact!
