Job summary

Butterfly Effects, a BCBA-led ABA provider in Hartford, CT, is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our interdisciplinary team. This hybrid/field opportunity offers growth, mentorship, and a mission-driven culture.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct functional analyses, design individualized plans, train families, and collaborate with therapists. Competitive salary: $85,000–$95,000 with quarterly bonuses up to $12,000.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology.
  • Active BCBA certification from BACB.
  • Experience working with children with autism is preferred.

Your Role at Butterfly Effects
As a BCBA On Our Interdisciplinary Team, You Will:
