Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Owings Mills, MD. This full-time opportunity offers a hybrid work environment, competitive compensation with performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

You will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams while upholding ethical and payer standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• MD LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $50,000 - $135,000 per annum
• Full-Time: 25-28 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Location: Owings Mills, MD

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Current MD LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
