Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in California to join our expanding team. You will design and implement ABA programs for children with autism, using VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments to guide intervention plans.

The role offers salary between $82,000 and $87,000 per year plus performance bonuses, along with generous benefits and growth opportunities. You will be supported by a collaborative, mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility required.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or related field.
• At least 1 year designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience with VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.

Responsibilities
