Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Vienna/Fairfax, VA team. You will design and supervise behavior-analytic interventions for children with autism, oversee RBT staff, and contribute to program development in a fast-growing center.

We offer a starting salary of $100,000–$120,000 USD per year, relocation assistance up to $15,000, and extensive clinical support, mentoring, and career growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree required
  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required)
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference and functional assessments)
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
  • Other typical BCBA activities
