Bright Builders ABA is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our growing team in Essex, MD. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with families and professionals to ensure high-quality care.

The role offers flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, and strong clinical support. Maryland LBA licensure is required, along with a Master’s degree in a related field and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field required.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
