Job summary

Dallas Healthcare Consultants is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an in-person, full-time position in Edinburg, Texas. You will work with an autism and rehabilitation provider to deliver high-quality ABA services and drive outcomes for clients and families.

The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising staff, and coordinating care with families and other professionals.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.

• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Dallas Healthcare Consultants is recruiting a BCBA for an autism and rehabilitation provider in Edinburg, Texas. This opportunity offers flexible weekday scheduling and a weekly expectation of 25–28 billable hours.

Compensation and Schedule

$80,000–$90,000 annual salary, depending on experience.

Full-time, in-person position.

25–28 billable hours per week.

Flexible scheduling within office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., while meeting billable requirements and clinical responsibilities.

Electronic medical record system planned; platform selection is underway.
