ABA Centers of Georgia in Douglasville, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, supervise RBTs and caregivers, and conduct functional assessments.

This full-time role offers a salary range of $95,000 to $120,000 plus a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and relocation assistance up to $15,000, with a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current BCBA certification and be eligible for state licensure.
• Experience supervising RBTs and guiding BCBA candidates.
• Strong data-driven treatment planning and progress monitoring.
