Budding Futures ABA in Denver provides in-home ABA therapy across Colorado, focusing on parent training so progress translates to daily life. The role is based in Denver with home visits and collaborative care with families.

We are seeking a BCBA to supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, coach parents, and monitor outcomes. Competitive salary range $85,000–$118,000 plus health benefits, commensurate with experience.

Competenze

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs is preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits.
