Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time work in Tucker, GA. The role offers a substantial salary range plus a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance to help you join our growing ABA program.

You will design and supervise ABA programs, oversee RBT implementation, conduct functional and preference assessments, and support staff in delivering high-quality care to children and families. A state license and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background/drug screenings and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.

What You'll Do
