Job summary

Yes ABA Therapy is seeking a Part‑Time BCBA in Cumberland, MD to design and oversee ABA programs for children with ASD. You will run assessments, make data‑driven decisions, and coach families while collaborating with RBTs and QA teams.

Active BCBA certification and a relevant master’s degree are required, with strong communication skills and experience in ASD. This role offers part‑time flexibility and robust clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Run assessments and design individualized ABA programs for kids with ASD.

• Coach parents and caregivers to carry skills home effectively.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, and QA team and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain clean, accurate clinical records and reports.
