Job summary

Kids Club ABA in Conyers, Georgia is seeking a skilled BCBA to develop and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism.

You will conduct assessments, train parents and staff, supervise RBTs, maintain records, and collaborate with the team to drive growth and quality care.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. As a BCBA with Kids Club ABA, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, provide training to parents and staff, and collaborate with other members of the team.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) certification
• 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
• Strong understanding of ABA principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Total Compensation

$80,000 - $110,000 up to base salary tiered and based on experience and competency.
