Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise Behavior Technicians, ensuring accurate implementation of treatment plans with fidelity. You will conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, educate parents, and adapt to client needs while maintaining a calm, professional approach in challenging situations.

This is a full-time permanent role within Centra’s network.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification per BACB guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate implementation of treatment plans with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs, including evaluating client needs and parent education.
• Remain calm and professional in challenging situations and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Proactively communicate, take initiative, and foster collaboration in a safe knowledge-sharing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by Example and Be a Pillar of Support: inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support, ensuring that they are implementing treatment plans with a high degree of reliability and fidelity.
• Drive Positive Change: conduct Function Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs that include continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem solving, to help each client reach their potential.
• Embrace Challenges with Grace: stay calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt to change with flexibility, and continuously seek opportunities for growth.
• Lead with Initiative and Openness: proactively communicate, take initiative, and welcome learning to create a safe environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – current BCBAs must have Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
