Job summary

Tender Care ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Columbus team. You will develop and implement behavioral treatment plans for children with autism, and work closely with families to ensure successful program outcomes.

In this role, you will assess, analyze data, train RBTs, and collaborate with therapists while staying current with best practices. A compassionate drive to improve lives is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification and COBA license.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans with the therapy team.
• Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform treatment goals.
• Provide training and support to RBTs and team members.
• Collaborate with families for seamless program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with the therapy team


• Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform treatment goals and objectives


• Provide training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members


• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and effective program implementation


• Monitor and evaluate program progress, making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes


• Stay current with industry best practices and evidence‑based interventions, incorporating new knowledge into treatment plans

Requirements

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)


• Hold a COBA license


• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field


• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
