The candidate should possess a Master's degree in ABA, BCBA certification, and have at least 2 years of experience in the field. Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct assessments
• Provide training to parents and staff
• Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA
• Maintain records and documentation
• Attend professional development activities
• Supervision of RBTs
• The BCBA will have the opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field
