Symphony ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our hybrid Virginia team. You will assess individuals, design behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to promote positive behavioral changes and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities include assessments, data-driven plan development, intervention implementation, staff training, and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Virginia LBA license is required.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical documentation.
• Proficient in data collection methods and analysis for behavioral interventions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with teamwork ability.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, the (BCBA) will be responsible for assessing and developing behavior intervention plans for individuals, particularly children, with developmental disabilities. You, the (BCBA) will work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to implement effective strategies that promote positive behavioral changes and enhance the quality of life for those you serve.

Requirements:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.

• Virginia LBA required

• Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities or special education needs.

• Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficient in data collection methods and analysis related to behavioral interventions.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• A compassionate approach towards individuals with disabilities, demonstrating patience and understanding in all interactions.

• Prior experience in diagnostic evaluation is preferred but not mandatory.
