An innovative private practice is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. Qualifications

Job description

Salary: $85-110/hour

Shift Type: Full time and part time shifts available; on-site and hybrid

Job Description:

  • Certified and licensed BCBA to supervise RBTs and Trainees
  • Work in a fun and relaxed setting; enjoy coming to work every day
  • Make a difference in a private practice where you work closely with the owner and other therapists to help develop the transdisciplinary team
  • Responsible for assessing, developing, and maintaining Individual Behavior Treatment Plans
  • Complete paperwork for ODE and insurance companies, and other duties within the scope of practice of a BCBA following the BACB Guidelines and Code of Ethics.
  • Strong clinical background in administering verbal behavior assessments, conducting language, play, and skill-based assessments (i.e. ABLLS), and implementing, and/or training others using individualized language, play, and skill-based curricula.
  • Provide assistance to children with special needs and their families to help them reach individual and family goals.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis
  • Certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysis as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Experience providing services to individuals with Autism
  • Clear background check
