Job summary

KidSpeak Speech and Behavior Services is hiring a BCBA and Lead BCBA in Charlotte, NC to join a multi-disciplinary team including BCBAs, speech and occupational therapists. The role emphasizes leadership, supervision of RBTs, and developing treatment plans for children and families.

Qualifications

At KidSpeak, BCBAs SERVE Together with speech and occupational therapists to support children and families. KidSpeak is seeking a BCBA and Lead BCBA to join our multi-disciplinary team!

Responsibilities And Duties

• Oversight of a caseload of 6-9 clients
• Initial and ongoing assessment
• Developing client programming and treatment plans
• Timely and quality session documentation and progress report writing
• Oversight of RBTs implementation of direct therapy
• Supervision of RBTs to ensure a high degree of treatment integrity
• Implementation of parent/caregiver collaboration opportunities to facilitate the generalization of skills
• Coordination of care with other service providers
• Support a project that aligns with your professional interests

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following Qualifications:

• Board Certification and licensure to work in North Carolina (candidates who have completed graduate coursework and fieldwork supervision requirements are encouraged to apply)
• Master's degree
• Experience working with neurodivergent populations (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder) or those with developmental disabilities and complex behavioral support needs
• Supervisory experience with RBTs/technicians is preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to make frequent, data-driven decisions for meaningful and personalized progress.
• Effective and professional communication skills for education and training of caregivers and supervisees.
