ANNA Autism Care in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team. We specialize in early intervention ABA therapy for Autistic children under age 6, using neuroaffirming approaches and NDBI strategies to support developmental progress.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour week, Monday–Friday, with a base salary of $85,000-$115,000 plus monthly bonuses, a strong supervision framework, and dedicated professional development.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (required).
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to young children (preferably under 6).
• NDBI experience preferred (ESDM, PRT, and/or JASPER).
• Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assess & plan treatments grounded in NDBI for ages 18 months to 6 years.
• Supervise & mentor a team of 5-6 therapists through weekly supervision.
• Partner with families; train parents in NDBI strategies for home practice.
• Monitor progress via data collection; adjust plans to hit milestones.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director to ensure care quality and growth.
• Support ongoing learning by integrating current autism/ABA research.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, play-based treatment plans grounded in NDBI strategies for children ages 18 months to 6 years.

Supervise & Mentor: Lead and mentor a team of 5 - 6 Behavior Therapists through weekly individual and group supervision, building confident and skilled practitioners.

Family Partnership: Implement a structured, curriculum-based parent training model which helps families learn NDBI strategies to practice and use at home.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans proactively to drive meaningful milestones.

Collaborative Care: Work closely with fellow BCBAs and report to a Clinical Director who is invested in both your growth and the quality of care delivered.

Clinical Growth: Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by integrating current research and best practices in Autism and ABA therapy.
