Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Boston area to join our expanding ABA team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and a $5,000 sign-on for qualified candidates.

You will design and implement ABA programs for children with autism, using VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance and FBA assessments, along with DTT and VB techniques. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional education are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA credential and master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

• Certified BCBA with a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies
