Job summary

Ruby ABA is seeking a skilled BCBA to develop and oversee evidence-based ABA programs for children with Autism, including direct supervision of RBTs and collaboration with families and external providers.

You will conduct ongoing assessments, supervise staff, and contribute to discharge planning while maintaining strong clinical oversight and adherence to BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification with BACB accreditation or exam enrollment within 1 month.
  • COBA certification.
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for home visits.
  • Proven experience applying ABA techniques with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement hierarchical, data-driven ABA programming.
  • Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs.
  • Offer consistent direct and indirect guidance to families for program effectiveness.
  • Maintain regular communication with the treatment team.
  • Collaborate with external service providers beyond Ruby ABA.
  • Review data promptly and share findings with team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced BCBA to develop and implement evidence-based, hierarchical programming rooted in data analysis, ongoing progress monitoring, and continuous client assessment. As a BCBA, you will provide direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs, offer consistent direct and indirect family guidance, and engage in collaborative efforts with external service providers.

  • Provide continuous direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs managing patient caseloads
  • Offer consistent direct and indirect family guidance crucial for program effectiveness
  • Foster regular communication with all members of the treatment team
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with external service providers beyond Ruby ABA
  • Review data promptly and communicate findings as necessary to team members
  • Uphold professional boundaries as prescribed by the BACB
  • Conduct thorough initial intake assessments and periodic reassessments
  • Develop discharge and transition plans for children under your care
Qualifications
  • Passion for positively impacting a child's life
  • Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) accredited by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month
  • COBA certification
  • Willingness to undergo a background check
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication
  • Possession of a dependable vehicle and valid driver's license for commuting to clients' homes
  • Proven experience in employing ABA techniques with individuals facing developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges
Physical Requirements

The BCBA position is a physically active role that requires the ability to safely and effectively support children in therapeutic settings. The following physical requirements are considered essential job functions of the role:

  • Sit, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, bend, and transition between floor-based and standing positions as needed during client observation, assessment, and supervision
  • Engage in direct client interactions, modeling, or behavior support as clinically necessary
  • Provide physical guidance or assistance in rare or safety-related situations, as appropriate to clinical oversight responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to client movements or behaviors to ensure client and staff safety
  • Maintain physical stamina to conduct client observations, caregiver meetings, and staff supervision across multiple hours per day
