Job summary

JAVA Autism Services in Arizona is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based ABA services in-clinic or hybrid. You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and supervise RBTs.

The role requires a BCBA certification, a master's in ABA or related field, and experience guiding ABA programs. You will collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities
