Job description

About Us

Circle Creek Therapy is an innovative, family-centered pediatric therapy clinic providing Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services. We are passionate about serving children and families, creating inclusive environments, and supporting growth through compassionate, evidence-based care. We treat children and adults across a wide range of diagnoses, and as a family-owned small business, we pride ourselves on warmth, authenticity, community impact, and truly knowing and supporting our team.

We are expanding our Behavior Services and are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where co-treatment and coordinated care are highly valued, and where clinicians work closely together to support the whole child.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments, skill-based assessments, and other clinically appropriate evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans and/or behavior intervention plans (BIP) based on assessment data, progress, patient needs, and clinical judgement
  • Collaborate and co-treat with other therapy providers to support coordinated, whole-child care
  • Support generalization of skills across clinic, home, and community environments
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision, feedback, and mentorship to RBTs in accordance with BACB requirements.
  • Maintain ethical, child-centered practice and adhere to confidentiality and professional standards, including HIPAA and BACB guidelines
  • Uphold Circle Creek Therapy's values of Flexibility, Intentionality, Empathy, Resourcefulness, Collaboration, and Enthusiasm (FIERCE)
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree from accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA credential in good standing with the BACB
  • Active LBA licensure in good standing with the state of Washington
  • Preferred experience conducting skill and behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBAs, and other clinically appropriate tools)
  • Completion of the 8-hour supervision training required by the BACB or willingness to obtain
  • Preferred experience working with individuals ages 2-18 with autism and/or other related developmental disabilities
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and work compassionately with families
  • Ability to remain calm, adaptive, and positive in dynamic situations
Why Circle Creek Therapy?
  • Supportive, family-owned organization - not corporate care
  • Multidisciplinary, collaborative therapy model
  • Co-treating opportunities with OT, PT, Speech, and Counseling
  • Protected collaboration and documentation time
  • Clinical decision-making prioritized over productivity pressure
  • Opportunity to be part of a team shaping innovative pediatric care
Schedule & Setting
  • Clinic-based services in our beautiful, newly expanded therapy center
  • Consistent weekly schedules with opportunity for collaboration
  • Full-time and part-time options may be available
